Our lives bring us unique challenges. My aim is to provide you with an opportunity to better understand yourself, encourage the resolving of problems in the here and now, and support lasting changes that will improve the quality of your life.

My practice offers an environment that is safe, supportive and non-judgemental, and uses effective evidence-based therapies to promote personal growth and recovery. 


I offer confidential psychotherapy and counselling services for individuals, couples, families and groups. Both brief and long-term services are available in a number of areas including addiction, mental health and emotional health, trauma and relationships. Additionally, I work as an educator and consultant.



My training and experience have focused on specific problem issues. Specialties include behavioural addictions and compulsive behaviours such as sex addiction and hypersexuality, gambling, video gaming and Internet, eating behaviours and OCD. I support your personal goals for recovery.



Using a person-centred approach, I work collaboratively with you on the best treatment plan. I use several modalities including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), and Mindfulness Meditation among others. We explore the best options and resources for you.
